Ensemble Eo Nomine, an unconducted five-part vocal consort whose members all met on Harry Christophers’ inaugural Genesis Sixteen scheme. REMAradio.eu host Vlad Smishkewych had the chance to chat with them about their project 'Ponte dei sospiri' after they performed it at the 2015 REMA showcase in Prague.

Ensemble ARMONIOSA: baroque violin and direction Francesco Cerrito celebrate EDEM 2015 with a performance of Concerti n. 1, 4, 6, 11, 12 from "La Stravaganza" by Antonio Vivaldi. The concert was performed live on 21 March 2015 at Modena's Chiesa di San Carlo, and was streamed live on video via Ustream on REMAradio.eu.
This concert and presentation of the new CDs' release "La Stravaganza di Antonio Vivaldi", published by MDG, was made possible with a contribution of Grandezze & Meraviglie, Festival Musicale Estense.
The Magic of the Cello is part of the overall magic at the Herne 2014 early music days. You'll hear solo and duo sonatas from the classical and romantic periods, by Bernhard Romberg, Ludwig van Beethoven, Friedrich Wilhelm Grund, Jean-Louis Duport and Jean-Pierre Duport.
Another chance to travel the musical globe with early music: melodies by Hildegard of Bingen, instrumental gems by Bononcini & Brescianello, plus tunes from Italy, Ireland, and Germany are on the itinerary. Ensemble Plaisirs de Musique spends a few minutes with Vlad after their delightful concert of airs de cour and English song in Prague alst November. Plaisirs Members Jean-Sébastien Beauvais, Laila Cathleen Neumann, and director Jan Čižmář share their thoughts on the elements that made their programme unique and 'un plaisir' to put together.
